STUDIO POLICY
Effective January 2025 | All clients are subject to the terms below at time of purchase.
ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are final sale. Due to the sacred and limited nature of our items especially oracle decks, original artwork, and limited editions we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. No exceptions will be made.
Please review your cart carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated (such as pre-orders or custom pieces). Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to address errors.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must pay for reshipping.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments are sent with tracking and may include insurance depending on the value of the order.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If desired, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
For insured orders, we will assist in providing documentation required to initiate a claim, but it is the customer's responsibility to follow through with the process.
MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
All orders are weighed, packed, and documented with care. If you believe something is missing from your shipment, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, full name, and photos of the packaging and contents. Claims submitted after 14 days will not be honored.
Wholesale clients must inspect their orders immediately upon arrival. Claims submitted more than 14 days after delivery are automatically void.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale orders are final and subject to the same terms listed above. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address, verify package contents upon receipt, and file any claims within the stated timeframe.
We do not allow partial returns, exchanges, or post-sale negotiations under any circumstances.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS
Digital products (PDFs, digital guidebooks, audio files, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once delivered.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-order purchases are final. Pre-orders are estimated to ship by the date listed on the product page, but delays may occur due to printing, supply chain issues, or other production factors. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait until your item is fulfilled.
Updates are posted via email and social channels. We do not offer refunds for pre-order delays.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & BOUNDARIES
Our studio is a small, independent operation. We prioritize care, integrity, and clarity but we do not respond to harassment, repeated refund demands, or manipulative behavior. These behaviors will result in permanent bans from future purchases.
All correspondence is managed by our studio assistant. Please allow 3–5 business days for a reply.
LEGAL NOTICE
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms listed above and waive any chargeback attempts based on dissatisfaction, delayed timelines, or buyer’s remorse. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback will be met with formal dispute resolution, submission of shipping records, and legal documentation.
