All clothing, accessories, handbags, travel gear, loungewear, shoes, and swimwear can be exchanged for a different size. All these items are eligible for exchange within 10 days of receipt of package. Please include your size replacement request in the body of your email along with your name order number. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include these in your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that all printed media, fine art, card decks, books and pre-ordered items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange or refund. No exceptions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and it will be fulfilled in the same way you purchased the item.
